I believe that stillness and clarity come from allowing yourself the space to breathe, rather than giving in to the never-ending pressure of more.
I understand what it's like to live each day with a dysregulated nervous system, that you forget to look after yourself and can't seem to escape the feeling of always needing to be ON.
I found sound healing at a time when I needed it most. Since then it has anchored itself as a staple tool in my own personal care practice allowing me to be more grounded in the various aspects of my life.
