Shipping Timeframes
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE SHIPPED ?
I am currently a one woman show, doing my best to get all orders shipped in 1-2 business days post purchase date. I do not accept exchanges or returns for "change of mind". However, if you have an issue with your product please contact me within 72 hours of delivery at littlequartzco@gmail.com. Please note, once parcels are dispatched I cannot be held responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact AusPost here for queries and support.
FAULTS.
All products are thoroughly checked for quality prior to dispatch. I will do my best to ensure each item is delivered to you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email me at littlequartzco@gmail.com within 72 hours so we can work out the best solution for you.
Prices
All prices listed on my website are in Australian Dollars and include GST, (where applicable). By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price, (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Australian Dollars, for all orders. I reserve the right to change the prices of my products at any time without notice to you.
