All items purchased from Little Quartz Co are packed with love, protection and care. Each item is thoroughly checked before being packaged.  

Little Quartz Co cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.  

Once an order is placed, Little Quartz Co does not accept cancellations, change of mind/exchanges. 

As crystals are a natural raw material, they may have inclusions and naturally occurring markings in the crystalline makeup unique to each piece. These are not defects 

As polished pieces are completed by hand, please accept they will not be "completely perfect" 

For breakages please contact Little Quartz Co via the contact page or email littlequartzco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel, please provide images. You will also be required to lodge an enquiry with AusPost
